Our  Founder and Chief Consultant  is Teresa Jacques.

Teresa Jacques has over 20 years' experience as a Global Human Resources Leader working extensively with many Executives and Human Resources teams.

Her experience spans the Telecommunications/IT,Energy Services,Professional Services as well as the " Big Data/Analytics"Sectors.She has extensive experience in start-ups as well as mergers and acquisitons on an international basis.

Teresa has held executive positions at both public and private companies. 

Teresa has a M.A. in Manpower Studies from Westminster University in the U.K and completed the General Manager's Program at Harvard Business School.
